Executor misconduct claims

Executors must administer the estate in accordance with the will and the law. If an executor breaches their duties, such as by mismanaging assets, failing to act in accordance with the will, or delaying in the administration of the estate, the beneficiaries may be entitled to compensation.

Remove an executor
